Kris Wise – REALTOR® and Broker Associate

Kris Wise became a REALTOR® and Broker-Associate in 2002 after spending 10 years buying homes, fixing them up and selling them in both North Texas and Southern California.  After graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Kris worked as an Accountant and then an Accounting Process Consultant for 16 years before moving into real estate as her full time career. Kris is a Texas state licensed real estate instructor and the author of a continuing education class called How to Purchase Investment Property with Your 401K or IRA. She loves the opportunity to delight clients with her customer service as well as her knowledge of the market and what it takes to sell a home. Her background and training in process improvement and Six Sigma helps her analyze data to assist clients in making informed decisions when it comes to selling their home. Kris believes that the data is where the focus should be and then look to the market for feedback on her listings.

Kris has been a DFW resident since 1974. She lives in Flower Mound with her husband Mark and their two sons. She is active in the community and is always seeking opportunities to better the quality of life in Flower Mound and surrounding areas. She created and is the admin for the ever growing Flower Mound Moms and More Facebook group that currently has over 9,000 followers. You might see Kris out and about in the community going to her son’s football games or relaxing at home as she helps her other son with his Latin and plays Monopoly.  Kris believes it’s important to be an example for her sons. This is why she works hard to show them the value of having a strong work ethic, a connection to the community, and the benefit of building relationships.

Mark Wise – REALTOR® and Investment Specialistmark wise

Mark Wise first became a REALTOR® in 2002, when he and his wife, Kris began their real estate careers in Flower Mound, Texas. Mark remained full time in the corporate world of hi-tech sales, helping fortune 100 technical sales leaders with their vision through the sales process. In addition to Mark’s corporate experience, he was elected twice to the Town of Flower Mound’s Town Council, acting as Deputy Mayor Pro Tem from 2012-2013. Mark retired from his political career in 2016 to focus 100% on growing the family business and by continuously exceeding his clients’ expectations. Mark’s motto: I’m not successful unless my clients are successful. Mark cultivates the team’s vision and helping our clients reach their financial goals through real estate.

Mark serves as a Director on the Board of Directors and chairs the Government Affairs committee of the Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS®, working with other top performing agents across all brokerages to help with the legislature on the state and federal level to help protect homeowners’ rights and protecting their investment in real estate.

Lorre Faszholz – REALTOR® and  Listing Manager

Lorre became a REALTOR® in 2015 and has called many places “home” over the years including Wichita, Denver, Chicago and finally Double Oak. All the moving has given Lorre an understanding of the pressure and stress of moving. She loves working with sellers by encouraging them and providing them with an experience that is as seamless and stress free as possible. Lorre met her husband, Kurt, at Southeast Missouri State where she studied Elementary Education and has been married to her college sweetheart for just over 40 years. They have been blessed with 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren spanning in ages from 17 years to 1 year.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, being outdoors, reading a good book, curling up on a rainy day to watch old movies and hanging out with her kids and grand kids. Kurt and Lorre are members of Crossroads Bible Church and have enjoyed participating in premarital counseling, mentoring in schools and working with the Chin in their summer reading program.

Jennifer Gray – REALTOR® and Listing Manager

Jennifer became a REALTOR® in 2001 and has built a business on helping others. After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business, Jennifer worked as an Accountant Executive specializing and assisting clients purchase and refinance home loans. After leaving the mortgage industry, Jennifer went on to pursue her dream in real estate. Jennifer spent the first 9 years of her career at RE/MAX and later found her home at Keller Williams in Flower Mound. Jennifer’s motto is “It’s all about relationships” and when you talk to her clients you know she takes that motto very seriously.

Jennifer is very active in the Flower Mound community and seeks out opportunities to better the quality of life in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas. Jennifer is married and has two daughters who attend school in LISD.

Sam Jennings – REALTOR® and Buyer Specialist

Sam first became a REALTOR® in April of 2018 after being inspired by his aunt.  He’s from the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has lived here for his entire life. Sam’s closest support group include his parents, his twin brother Jacob, who proudly serves the Fort Worth Police Department and his long time girlfriend, Brianna, of seven years. He is a proud member of Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. When he’s not helping people find their home, he likes to travel to downtown Fort Worth, experience different hiking trails from various DFW lakes, or catch a new movie. He brings to the team a new perspective and impeccable customer service. His enthusiasm and motivation is contagious and any buyer will see that.

Jan Nichols joined the Wise Advantage Group in August 2017 after retiring from the Lewisville Independent School District where she was an Assistant Principal/Counselor Secretary at McKamy Middle School. She and her husband Philip have lived in the Flower Mound area for 36 years and raised their 2 daughters here. Her husband is an Associate Minister at Garden Ridge Church where they have been members for 36 years. Their passions include mission work and helping make marriages stronger. Their oldest daughter returned to her alma mater, Marcus High School, last year as a school counselor. Their younger daughter is the Associate Dean of Students at Lubbock Christian University. They are proud grandparents to 5 grandchildren. In her free time Jan loves to travel especially to mountains and waterfalls. Some of her most unique destinations include Moscow, Beijing and the Holy Lands. Jan likes to help people be a better version of themselves and she loves taking care of our clients!

Brittany Hoover – Marketing Specialist

Brittany Hoover joined the Wise Advantage Group in September 2017 as a Marketing Specialist. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. A newer Texan resident, she moved from Oklahoma in 2016 and currently lives in Flower Mound with her husband Jake and their little girl. They love to travel as much as they can and enjoy spending time at their family’s vacation home in West Palm Beach, FL. A previous career in wedding coordinating, Brittany brings a sense of creativity to the Wise Advantage Group and is always thinking about new ways to market the group on social media and plan fun events for the community. You might see Brittany and her family out and about in Flower Mound enjoying the parks and trying out local restaurants. In her free time Brittany likes to work on crafts and bake.
